New Business & Public Service Directories Now Live

Brothers,

As we continue strengthening our Brotherhood beyond chapter lines and generations, we are proud to announce the launch of two new professional directories designed to enhance networking, economic empowerment, and collaboration across Lambda Theta Phi.

These directories were built with one clear purpose:

To intentionally connect Brothers through trusted business relationships and public service leadership across the country.

You can access the directories from the homepage, the top bar navigation, Brother menu, or the following links:

Public Sector Directory

Who This Is For

This initiative is directed to:

  • Business Owners (small businesses, corporations, startups, independent contractors)

  • Entrepreneurs & Consultants

  • Brothers in the Public Sector

    • Federal Government Employees

    • State Government Employees

    • County & Municipal Employees

    • Law Enforcement & First Responders

    • Educators & Public Administrators

    • Military & Veterans serving in public roles

  • Brothers seeking to support, hire, or collaborate with other Brothers

  • Brothers looking to expand their professional network nationwide

Business Directory

(Fully Functional)

The Business Directory is now live and fully functional.

Brothers can:

  • Promote their business

  • List services and specialties

  • Connect with other Brothers for referrals and partnerships

  • Increase visibility within our national network

This allows us to intentionally circulate resources within our Brotherhood and support businesses owned and operated by Brothers we know and trust.

If your industry is not currently listed, or if you have suggestions to improve the directory, please email and we will gladly update it.

Public Service Directory

(Growing & Building)

The Public Service Directory has been launched and is ready — but it will require participation to reach its full potential.

This directory is intended to:

  • Identify Brothers serving at all levels of government

  • Strengthen Lambda’s presence in public institutions nationwide

  • Encourage collaboration across sectors and regions

  • Support civic engagement and professional mentorship

The more Brothers who update their profiles and add their information, the more powerful and functional this directory becomes. Participation is what will transform this from a list into a true professional network. If your department is not currently listed, or if you have suggestions to improve the directory, please email and we will gladly update it.

Why This Matters

For over 50 years, we have built bonds rooted in Brotherhood.

Now we are leveraging those bonds professionally.

These directories:

  • Promote economic empowerment within the Brotherhood

  • Encourage intentional business within our network

  • Expand mentorship and career opportunities

  • Strengthen collaboration across industries and regions

  • Increase Lambda’s professional footprint nationwide

What We Need From You
