As we approach the beginning of yet another semester of induction, it is important that we keep in mind the mission and ultimate goals of our movement. The leaders of tomorrow that have chosen Lambda as their next lifetime commitment rely on you to guide and mold their spirits to better serve mankind. The events they experience throughout their induction process not only define their love for our brotherhood, but also their strength and belief in themselves. Thus, our responsibilities are many and our reach endless.The longevity of our movement lies solely in its future leaders. Capitalize on every opportunity to promote the advancement of identity and equality, scholarship, chivalry, respect of all cultures, and development of character in these new brothers. For our future is bright, and this new wave of Lambdas will lead the way.
