In remembrance, The Stonewall Riots marked the start of the LGBTQ civil rights movement on June 28, 1969, which recognized Marsha P. Johnson as the first person to lead this movement. As we continue to advocate for inclusivity and equality, we must recognize how we contribute to this movement regardless of sexual orientation.
