Parsipanny, NJ October 8, 2010, – Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Incorporated is pleased to announce our newest chapter, Gamma Nu -University of Missouri – Kansas City.

 

On April 12th 2008, five men at the University of Missouri-Kansas City brought the traditions and values of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. to the UMKC campus by establishing the UMKC Colony, becoming the first Latin fraternity at UMKC and Missouri as well. On October 7th 2010, UMKC Colony evolved into Gamma Nu “Eternal Prodigy”, as the 82nd chapter of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. With each passing year Gamma Nu welcomes more men into the brotherhood. Since Spring 2008, UMKC has inducted 14 brothers.

 

Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc was founded at Kean University, NJ on December 1, 1975. The first and largest nationally recognized Latin Greek-letter organization and first Latin Fraternity recognized by North-American Inter-Fraternity Conference (NIC). Lambdas champion scholarship, culture, community service, and the advancement and fair treatment of Latinos.
