The Graduate Induction Process (GIP) first commenced in Spring 2014. Over the years, we have inducted great leaders & brothers with our GIP process. This past Spring 2022 our Lambda Epsilon Alumni Chapter (Houston, TX) officially inducted our largest line nationally for the Graduate Induction Process. This is also the first line for the Lambda Epsilon Alumni Chapter.

Eight gentlemen were inducted, and we can not wait for what you all have to offer Lambda to move the organization forward.
We would like to thank the Pledgemaster Eloy Leibas (Gamma Alpha Chapter, Summer 2005) and the Assistant Pledgemaster Mario Cordova (Beta Rho Chapter, Spring 2006) for leading these men into Lambda.
We also would like to thank Alpha Eta Chapter, Alpha Theta Chapter, Alpha Psi Chapter, Beta Rho Chapter, Gamma Alpha Chapter, Gamma Chi Chapter, Gamma Iota Chapter, Delta Alpha Chapter, Delta Pi Chapter, the Ohio State University Associate Chapter, and Lambda Sigma Alumni Chapter for their support in inducting these gentlemen into Lambda.
