Dear Brothers:
It is with great excitement that I announce the establishment of a Graduate/Professional Induction Process (GIP) to accompany the preexisting constitutional amendment allowing graduate brothers. Over the last ten years many brothers have worked diligently to make this initiative a reality and to ensure that this process embodies our current undergraduate process in both essence and application. On May 29, 2013, The National Board approved an induction process that will lay the foundation for members of our respective collegiate and professional communities to join our brotherhood while enhancing our already vast networks and community outreach initiatives.
The approved Graduate/Professional Induction Process (GIP) along with all supporting materials will be available shortly through our newly created Induction Request Information System (IRIS) at http://www.thelambdas.org/inductioncenter2, along with all induction related materials. An in-depth look regarding timelines, interested professionals and the specifics of the GIP process is scheduled to be held at this year’s National Brotherhood Conference in New Orleans.
